1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or booking a consultation on Astronalanda ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of services
Astronalanda connects customers with independent astrologers for consultation purposes only. Astrological guidance is offered for informational and entertainment purposes and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Customers should seek qualified professionals for decisions requiring regulated advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Bookings and payments
Consultation bookings are subject to astrologer availability and confirmation. Where paid consultations are offered, applicable fees, currency, and payment terms will be shown at the time of booking. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations.
5. Astrologer conduct
Astrologers listed on the Platform are independent professionals. Astronalanda verifies profiles on a best-effort basis but does not guarantee outcomes of any consultation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astronalanda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or reliance on any consultation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
